However, hes not getting a significantly higher number of delegates than Hillary Clinton. His 54 of the vote is going to give him 30 delegates. Clinton won 27. Now shes beating sanders by more than 250 pledged delegates. Then when you add in the superdelegates, again, clinton is now less than 100 delegates away from clenching the nomination. We mentioned clinton is the apparent winner in the kentucky primary, but the Sanders Campaign is on the vernal of requesting a recount. You take a look at the numbers and youll see why. With 99 of news projects Hillary Clinton took 47 of the vote to senator sanders at 46 . The focus now is on tuesday, june 7. That is when voters in six states will head to the polls. He died in the back of the van. Chicago is expected to approve more than a Million Dollars in the latest deadly shootings. One of them was linked to officer jason van dyke. Over the past 12 years chicago has paid out more than 500 million in Police Conduct settlements. Hour county police will charge a d. C. Man in a road rage incident where he fired a shot at a driver on monday morning. 34yearold leon von wood is facing attempted murder and assault charges. Wood fired a handgun at a passing car just after 6 00 in the morning in columbia. A bullet hit the drivers door but no one was hurt. Its been since eric laroque was found dead in his home. His wife was arrested monday night after a grand jury indicted her and charged her with seconddegree murder. The indictment came after police spent the last several months analyzing evidence seized from the home. Data on computers and cell phones as well. They will present their case to a grand jury. Some cases take longer than others to investigate and bring closure. In this particular case, there was a lot of evidence and a lot of things the detectives had to work through. Katherine, good morning. Reporter aaron, good morning to you. A massive fire is right. An inferno, some people were calling it. It still remains a mess. The Fire Department of new york and then the huge pile of rubble where a garden center, a nursery, used to be. That is where the fire started. If you take a look above, the tracks and columns are blackened because this was such an intense fire. We have video of the fire. Again, the fdny is on the scene here still spraying down and making sure there are no hot slowly over the tracks and Metro North Service has resumed, just on a limited basis only. And these are thousands of people who rely on metro north. It is a Vital Rail Service for so many people here. The huge fire that broke out during the evening commute was so intense and so hot, giant steel bolts popped off the columns at east harlem at 7 00 p. M. Through the night the Fire Department sprayed water on the tracks and columns. The governor was on scene talking about the kind of inspection that has to be done for the tracks and the column to make sure everyone stays safe. And we heard from all the people around here just how awful this fire was. Take a listen. I would say the fire was five or six stories high. It was enormous. Absolutely enormous. Reporter and the blaze damaged six parked cars. Amazingly enough, aaron, no one was hurt. But a lot of people also talking about this site. It was just a few explosion. Eight people died. That happened only a block away. And then you have the intense blaze last night, people reeling from that, really horrified by what they saw last night. But Train Service is somewhat pack to normal. Officials say its not related to any specific event. Kristin wright is live outside of medstar Georgetown University hospital center. Kristin, what exactly are First Responders going to do today . Reporter well, patients, so to speak, from a Train Derailment will be brought here to the hospital for treatment and decontamination. So of course we have seen it before, it was just a few weeks ago that a Freight Train jumped the tracks in northeast near station. Nobody was hurt but that is a residential neighborhood and easily could have been so much worse. District Officials Say todays full scale Emergency Preparedness drill was actually planned before the northeast derailment. So heres the scenario. The train collides with a vehicle. The train derails and spills hazardous chemicals. The exercise will test and evaluate the response by First Responders across the various district agencies. Coming up this morning at 6 00, the drill is going to play out in a few different locations across the district this morning. Well tell you exactly where and how it could impact you. Back to you. The cameras took a good picture of the suspect. Police expect to track him down. And ignition interlock drivers require drivers to blow into them to start the car to determine if they have too much to drink. All ignition interlocks will have to be equipped with cameras apparently. New rules also make changes aimed to make sure drivers dont skip blood alcohol content tests that they are supposed to take while operating the car.
