Officials are investigating the death of an n inmate accused of shooting a 9yearold at a playground. Kenneth parker was found unresponsive in his cell yesterday. Charged with shooting jayden stancil. He was shot in the head near the shootout. He survived. D. C. Jail released any information on the circumstances surrounding parkers death. This is the second inmate death this month. Virginia state police are canceling the amber alert. Theres still no sign of them. They found the car the pair was traveling in earlier this week. They disappeared on april 30th while on their way to buck road beach. Police had to terminate that amber alert because of policy. Theyre not supposed to go past seven days.
