They say this is the suspect who was seen inside a jewelry store. That persons gray or silver suv was also captured on surveillance camera. Police say the male student was grabbed and forced into a vehicle on o street northwest thursday afternoon. They say the kidnapper then drove the student to multiple atms and tried to make some big purchases at stores. The student was not hurt and eventually let go. If you can help, please contact police. A suspected d. C. Serial groper will stay off the streets for now following a kidnapping charge. A judge has ordered Michael Hilliard to stay in jail until he goes back to court next month. Hilliard has been arrested more than 70 times and that includes at least 20 alleged sex offenses. Police say that most of his charges were misdemeanors which meant he did not stay in jail very long. He will undergo a Mental Health evaluation. On monday, a former prince Georges School aide is to plead guilty to sexually exploiting students. He faces more than a dozen count related to accusations he sexually assaulted students and then recorded it. Caraway worked elementary school. This plea is expected only for federal charges. He also faces hundreds of local charges. In montgomery county, a driver who hit and killed a cyclist in bethesda last october will not face charges. 81yearold ned gaylen was riding his bike on the trail. He was hit while crossing little falls parkway. Police say their investigation found that gaylen was at fault. Changes have been made to make that crossing safer, however. Summer Youth Employment program puts young people to work during the summer. But the age requirement has become a source of tension between mayor muriel bowser.
