Threatening taunts, tweets that unnerve people. You feel like you are being pursued. And they are vee, very concerned about this and theyre not quite sure what to do about it. Its hard to argue that it doesnt play role, but i think the counterargument would be it plays one part of the role. Its a new day. So we all know that. And most of these young people have ways to communicate in a positive and a negative way. I think the question is if its recognized that social media is a greater cause of this violence, then what do the schools do. What do parents do. How do you get control of it. More than a year after a pedestrian bridge collapsed on to metros tracks, a replacement is finally expected to go in. Construction is set to again today on the bridge that connects college park with berwyn heights. The work will affect the green line in that area. The bridge will not open to the public until fencing and electricity can be installed. Right now firefighters are still working to contain a fire raging in Shenandoah National park. So far flames have consumed at least 9,000 acres since april 15. Fire crews from across the country have been called into fight the fire. There is worry that strong winds and no rain in the forecast could make things even worse. The National Park service suspects the fire may have been started by someone within the park.
