Reporter a group of family and friends gather for a prayer and candlelight vigil. Their numbers are small but their hope is strong that their loved one, 80yearold lubin phipps, will be found safe. Its been three weeks and, you know, were just trying to stay positive. Reporter mr. Phipps daughter says her dad suffers from dementia. He went missing from watkins Regional Park on september 18th, under an assisted living center. He was here at the park at picnic area zero. They were having a picnic for Senior Citizens that day. At one point he asked if he could use the bathroom. He walked away and simply vanished. His daughter says she doesnt know if her father made it to the bathroom. She says mr. Here along the capitol reflecting pool, theyve been gathering since before dawn this morning. This is the video of when people were just in silhouette. When the sun came up, it brought to life the size of the crowd here. There was a first million man march that created the policy by the park service and federal authorities that they do not count crowds anymore because of whatever controversy arose out of the actual number of people that showed up. Of course the folks that are here today are not worried about that so much. We talked to a lot of people who didnt make that one and said it was imperative they be here.
