He killed the vilardos and he then confessed to the officers. Today the son of the late marion barry is due in court. His trial for Assault Charges was supposed to begin today. A broken on shore pipeline spewed oil for several hours down a storm drain that empties into the ocean. Initial estimates put the spill at about 21,000 gallons. That could change. It happened last night at a townhouse complex on holly avenue just off Government Center parkway in fairfax. You can see the video there. Police initially thought it happened at the county Government Center. We were on the scene as technicians examined bullet holes in front of the townhouse. A white car was seen speeding following the shooting. One neighbor describes what he heard during dinner time. He asked us not to show his face. I was inside my house and all of a sudden i heard bang bang. Which sounded to me like it could have been gunshots. You never know for sure. But it certainly sounded like it could have been gunshots. The 17yearold shot is expected to survive. Police say this does not appear to be a random crime. D. C. Police chief cathy lanier wont make people explain why they want permits for guns following a ruling from a judge. The judge called the restrictions on hand guns outside the home unconstitutional and blocked a key provision. The attorney general disagrees with that, karl a seen didnt say if would appeal. The number of heroin deaths is up for the Third Straight year in maryland. The state Health Department reports 578 people died. Larry hogan declared it as a health crisis.
