James holmes is charged with more than 160 counts including murder attempted murder and rigging explosives at his apartment. Holmes shot and killed 12 people and injured 70 others outside a Movie Theater in 2012. He pleaded not guildty by reason of insanity. The trial is expected to take four or five months. This Morning Police are trying to figure out who shot a man several times in the district. That happened in a parking lot in northeast, not far from gallaudet university. D. C. The New York Times says Russian Hackers gained access to the email archives of people in the white house.
