And this cold snap continues. This is the first shot of cold air. Well get another shot saturday night. Chills below zero saturday night into sunday and then near record cold on monday morning. Windchill advisory has been expanded to include now Southern MarylandNorthern NeckEastern Shore for near zero through 10 00 this morning. And then we have a high wind watch all these counties in color, metro area Northern Virginia much of maryland, for saturday night into sunday morning. We could have gusts to 60 miles an hour. Officer exchanged gunfire with a robbery suspect. This happened on 15th street and Caroline Street northwest near the u street corridor.
