This morning, Police Looking into a crash that killed two woom it happened on marlboro road. And you can see a horrific car here with a car and suv. The driver of the suv rushed to the hospital right now in serious condition. We expect to learn more information today about a double murder suicide. Police found a man and two women dead. Jackie bensen has more on the investigation. Reporter well into the evening, investigators continued to go in and out of the house on addison road. Gunshots were heard in the pickwick townhouse square complex. This neighborhood saw the response. They were running in the back areas. As well as the front. They broke on the speakers saying let the person come out. No one responded and they kicked in the door. Reporter neighbors say the woman who lived in the house had been living there alone since her mothers death of Natural Causes two weeks ago. This woman was at work when the shooting happened. You feel for the family that was here who helped the mother and helped everybody to make arrangements. Now you good to do two. And, you know and this was the mothers house, but she stayed alone. Reporter detectives spoke to the family members who rushed to the scene after hearing the terrible news. They will continue to investigate and reconstruct the scene. Reporter news4 today. Now to the civil rights investigation into the shooting death of an unarmed 18yearold in ferguson, missouri. Fbi special agents are interviewing witnesses who saw what happened between Michael Brown and the Police Officer. Agents are working with attorneys from the Justice Departments civil rights division. The Attorneys Office is also involved in this investigation. Throughout the weekend, they will be collecting evidence to determine if officer Darren Wilson violated browns civil rights. And what started as a peaceful night in ferguson quickly turned violent. Just after Midnight Police donning that riot gear again trying to disperse a crowd with tear gas. Three more businesses were vandalized last night including the store where Michael Brown allegedly stole from minutes before he was killed. Tensions run high after he was shot to death last week by a white Police Officer. The ferguson market that has become the latest part of this controversial shooting is pleading with the community this morning through an attorney. The owners of the business say they have nothing to do with Michael Browns death. Reporter with boarded windows and officers at the door, another piece of a national uproar. This woman used to work just a couple doors down. So she came to see what the market would say about the Surveillance Video that allegedly caught Michael Brown stealing here not long before he was killed. Regardless of, you know, the petty crime he was allegedly involved in, nobody deserves to be gunned down like that. Nobody. White, black, other, nobody. Reporter the market owner through their attorney sent the message they want to stay as far away from the situation as possible saying even after the initial alleged theft, it was a customer who called police. Its not about them. They didnt call the police. They didnt ask the police to come and take the video. They would hope that the people of this community who have consistently supported them would continue to support them and realize that whatever the police are looking at on the surveillance tapes has nothing to do with what went on in the street. Browns parents asked the Justice Department to oversee a succeed autopsy. We are waiting on results. The family Attorney Says they may bury their son next week after the autopsy is complete. I feel if we build rapport with them, i feel theyll call when they need us. The officer says he was not the best dancer. He admits that. However, he does think he danced longer than his competitors. When it comes down to dancers, its now how it looks, its how it makes you feel. Everybody there had a smile on their face. They were all moving. The energy was up. So great job. Neighbors came to the rescue of a wounded warrior, his wife, and their dog. The man is a triple amputee who served our country in afghanistan. Reporter Jessica Klein saw her husband endure a year and a half of grueling rehab only to lose their home a few months after moving in. You know, weve been through worse. Just one more setback. Reporter thursday night a fire broke out in the garage. Their neighbors saw it and rushed to help save them and their dogs. No one was around, so i called 911 real quick. And the heat that was coming off of that and the damage of this thing, it was like a furnace. Reporter the fire was ungulfing the house and jessica was swallowing smoke. From the time i saw it to the time i couldnt see in front of my face, it was barely two minutes. We were really lucky. Reporter she can use that word with real perspective. One of her husbands wheelchairs burned in the fire. Edward kleins friends called him flip. Hes an overachiever who went to west point. He stepped on a roadside bomb two years ago and lost both legs, an arm, and several fingers. Ive been to that area of kandahar where it happened and its a ragged part of the country. Theyve finally been able to move back into a home with their dogs. The land lord had had even installed ramps all over the house, even a special stair lift so that klein could get down to the basement. This house was perfect for us. And we were really lucky to find it. And i dont know that were ever going to find Something Like this again. So its pretty devastating. Reporter but she said it herself. Theyve been through worse. Jessica found a way to carry her husband out. Neighbors rushed to help. That help is likely to continue on this facebook page. Friends of flip. In the wake of a deadly crash involving nascar driver tony stewart, the association is changing its rules. Drivers are now not allowed to approach the track or move in cars after an accident. A driver was killed after he got out of his car and walked on the track. Stewart has not raced since the crash. Family and Close Friends are preparing to say their final goodbyes to robin williams. Right across thurston road near Sugar Loaf Mountain is the land where both an outdoor and indoor firing range is being proposed. If the horses get used to the constant noise, the people are not going to. And they will find elsewhere to board. Reporter the crack of gunfire is also a concern at this dog playground. This luxury pet resort is located here just about a mile from the proposed firing range. The firing range is going to add to the stress and anxiety to the pets boarding here, the pets hospitalized, recovering from surgery, and going through grooming. Reporter this man is a homeowner. I think one of the main problems is noise. Reporter doug and peggy kaplan pass out signs saying no firing range. Preserve sugar loaf. People enjoy coming, hiking, riding. And just the tranquility of the area. And all this would be destroyed if this shooting range goes in. Reporter the land is zoned research conservation, but a firing range would be permitted, their lawyer tells me. If they are granted a special exception. In this particular case weve heard a lot about noise, so we will certainly address that. Reporter the landowner says special noise abatement efforts are being made. They are all under maryland state noise ordinance levels. You still hear the shots as of now, but theyre not as if we were firing in an open field.
