Thats because he doesnt practice out of a clinic or a hospital he travels to his patients making house calls all over the d. C. Area. Hes been doing this for eight years and he says it actually helped him treat his patients better. For me, thats what medicine is about. Its about caring. I need to have that relationship for me to provide good care but also for me to feel professionally rewarded for the service that i provide. But theres one other thing that makes dr. Brown different, he spends a lot of his time treating patients who cant afford care for free. The charity i do because theres a tremendous need for it. He says he can do this because he doesnt accept any insurance so he can earn enough income from his high end patients including heads of state, diplomats and guests at luxury hotels. Being able to see, you know patients in the way that they live its it changes. What a remarkable doctor. Dr. Earnest brown says seeing a patient in their home can make a real difference in their care. Its an opportunity to make sure they have family and a support system.
