The driver and four passengers bailed out of the car and scattered. Police told people to stay inside to report anything suspicious as they searched the area. While the driver is in custody, the four passengers, they knocked on the door of a home in the area. They told that homeowner that they were out of gas and needed a ride to a gas station. The homeowner drove them to a gas station, not really realizing what was going on. Police dont believe that those four passengers pose any threat. They may not be facing any criminal charges at all. They were just passengers but certainly they would like to talk to those people. At this point, the search is over. One man is facing possible charges here. The driver that refused to stop, responding to help in this incident. That officer got into an accident on their way to the scene. We are told that the injuries are not serious.
