Police say when they started to chase that car, one of the suspects bailed out. He was arrested at fourth and p. They hit a bump and dropped that weapon as well as all of the ammo inside the tunnel. The car then hit a jersey wall and came to a rest where the tow truck is about to take it away. At that point, police surrounded that car and took the two men into custody. Now we have three men in custody. No i. D. On these gentlemen. We dont know what started this incident but, again, police have recovered a mini machine gun. Chief lanier pointed out that this is the second time today that police in d. C. For the second time in a month, an employee has been arrested for carrying a gun inside the headquarters of the department of Homeland Security right here in d. C. Scott macfarlane has the latest. His name is Thomas Pressley and was accused of carrying a gun in one of americas most secured facilities. Security officers stopped Thomas Pressley during a random security streening. Court records say he had a Homeland Security officials confirmed the arrest to news4 and said there was no evidence that the employee sought to do harm and that security and screening measures had been enhanced before the screening. This arrest comes four weeks after another Agency Employee was arrested for carrying a pistol. A man named Jonathan Wienke who lived in this home in virginia. He had a. 22 caliber when stopped by security at his desk. His arrest was a big surprise to neighbors in virginia. I didnt think stuff happened here. He was hardly ever up here.
