Reporter he was 43yearold john chen, a single father of four boys and a 7yearold girl. Family members say john was always smiling, kind to everyone and was a devoted father who loved his kids. Two Board Members and two Business Owners were arrested and charged with bribery and conspiracy. Now the investigation appears to be leading to state lawmakers in annapolis. Fbi agents raided the Prince Georges County liquor board offices yesterday in connection to a bribery and corruption investigation. Four arrests were made and the boards director safdavid sun. Two Liquor Store Owners were also arrested and their businesses raided. The federal affidavit for the investigation refers to an unnamed elected official who will be criminal lly prosecuted for accepting money in exchange for voting for the countys sunday liquor bill. Someone presently serving in the house and a former delegate are both involved in the corruption case. News4 wafi show the fbi is investigating a maryland state delegate in detecti connection to the case. The delegate isnt named but warran warrants show its one who voted yes on the 2015 bill allowing sunday liquor sales in the county. Delegate Michael Vaughn was the only Prince Georges County delegate on the committee to vote that way. He has not been charged or named in the investigation. The affidavit also referred to an unnamed elected official who accepted describes from sun, the director of the liquor board. Today the county executive called the alleged activity deplorable. We tried contacting delegate Michael Vaughn. He has not returned our phone calls. Police arrested a man at bw bwimarshall airport when he tried to carry a handgun through security. At one point he apparently truck and then over corrected, lost control, collided with another car. All three pick up the atm and seem to use every bit of their might to get it into that truck and theyre gone. Heres the spot where that atm was. This is the owner of the gas station. His employee was inside the gas station that night. He thought it was a delivery until he kind of looked over and when he saw the mask men, he just sat down. They took that u haul truck and rammed an atm that was sitting here. But this time they didnt get it. Its only gone because it was so badly damaged. They hit six locations in Prince Georges County over the past few weeks, the same way every time. Shell employees say the crooks backed the u haul into the atm that was here. No good.
