Right now a spotsylvania family is making arrangements for a Family Member killed in a drunk driving crash. 25yearold issamantha was kill when her vehicle was hit headon. Houston police say a car was trying to avoid being hit by another vehicle and ran into the bus. That impact sent the bus over a guardrail killing a 17yearold girl. A 14yearold later died at the hospital and the driver and a few other students are seriously injured. The ntsb is looking into this. Witnesses say they tried to help but there was little that they could do. It was about seven, eight people ran over to try to help whoevers on the bus, but the way the bus hit, everybody was pinned in it. Two other students and a bth bus driver were seriously hurt but expected to recover. The bus does have seat belts. Lewis fogle is now 64 years old and said the entire world has changed since he was convicted of raping and killing a teenager in 1976. He was convicted after three jailhouse informants claimed that he confessed. Last month a judge tossed out those charges after some new dna cleared him. But despite being exonerated fogel says his fights not over. 34 years of being in business for something i didnt do, im not going to take that laying down. He was eating all of the icing. The bears sweet tooth got the best of him. It may sound cute but also created a pretty dangerous situation. Wildlife officers came in, tranquilized the bear. They took it to a rehab center. Turns out the young bear was malnourished and had a wound on its paw that will be treated and if all goes well, the bear will be released back into the wild. These kayakers were getting some pretty good views of a humpback whale feeding off the coast of california, but the whale that jumped from the water then slammed into kayak on the year down and nearly crushed the two hen in it. Well, the hazing turned deadly and now prosecutors have started filing charges against members of a College Fraternity in new york. The charges were filed in pennsylvania from a freshman was allegedly knocked unconscious and died during a hazing retreat. Our reporter asked residents if this legal action is too harsh. Theres a variety of Different Levels of responsibility and involvement from individuals who were actively involved in the assault, to individuals who lied to the police, to individuals who had hid evidence. Reporter investigators say deng was blindfolded and weighed down with a 30pound book bag while Fraternity Members knocked him unconscious. They say it took an hour before anyone called for help, time they shay could have saved his life was instead used to try to cover up what happened. I dont think its too harsh. I really dont because you have to take responsibility for your actions. Reporter javi was also a baruch freshman when deng died and was approached to pledge. I didnt meet the kid personally. It was sad what happened. He decided to go. He knew what they were going to do to him. Reporter he said he never joined for that very reason.
