He saw an Apartment Building on fire and ran inside to warn the others. This happened on needwood road. Three people are injured, including a firefighter. Deep in the distance, you can just make out the flames coming from a first floor apartment. John kranzin answerski spotted the fire first. My niece being upstairs, i ran upstairs, woke her up, banged on all my neighbors doors on the way down, screaming fire, pulled the fire alarm and called the fire department. Reporter now the apartment is destroyed. A metal door melted, and outside burned debris covered by a tarp. A man in his 60s lived there. He was inside when his home went up in flames. His neighbors tried to help him get out. He said i cant get out. These are pictures from inside. The homeowner knownandahalf many possessions. He has a very bad clutter issue on his back porch, newspapers stacked at least three to four feet high. Just trash everywhere. As the summer went objen, the Nonprofit Organization realized that wasnt enough. Sonja kutsche was in liberia for one month. She is senior director of human response for save the children. Well right now, the group is stepping up its response effort in the affected countries in west africa to include prevention, and the treatment of people who have the ebola virus. New Surveillance Video shows a man throwing a smoke bomb into a crowded new york city restaurant. Actress rose mcgowan was one of several people eating inside. It happened this past friday in new yorks grenich village. The bomb was thrown from a subway exit hatch. No one was seriously hurt, but there are questions about subway security. New yorks subway hatches have alarms on them, but the hatchs alarm wasnt working properly this time. It was a wild and dangerous ride along a busy stretch of highway in utah. A school bus packed with children speeding and swerving in and out of traffic. Fortunately, no one was injured. But the 911 call conveys the panic felt on board. Okay. A School Bus Driver swerving erratically while taking more than 70 students, teachers and chaperones on a class trip. My heart is pounding. She cant stay in the lane. She is crossing the double lines. And the adults are getting scared. Reporter one chaperone called 911, as the bus sped down the interstate at nearly 80 Miles Per Hour during the field trip to Brigham Young university in provo. Oh, oh what happened . She almost hit this van next to us. It is freaking scary. And weve got 76 people on this bus. And she is nuts. Troopers pulled the bus over on an interstate offramp about 40 miles south of where the trip started. They arrested the driver, 39yearold leasha martinez. Police say she failed field sobriety tests and had Prescription Medication that warns of drowsiness in her purse. The only thing she said at the time was she was very tired. And that she had been up quite late. Reporter martinez has worked for the School District for six years. Theres no record of any previous incident. Police say she is on paid administrative leave during the investigation. No one on the bus was hurt and no other vehicles were hit. Parents were relieved, but their nerves were rattled.
