Police investigated and three witnesses who worked at the clinic denied hearing any noises from the room. Officers arrested the doctor and charged him with Second Degree assault, a misdemeanor. People in the neighborhood are concerned. It is very unprofessional, i mean, of course. You would think that he deals with women on a daily basis. That is the part of his job. Especially if he is doing physicals, right . Yes. Now, dr. Yancey was released on his own recognizance. He is ordered not to Practice Medicine and must stay away from the woman. A debate over the name of a Elementary School middle school drew a big crowd today at Prince William county. Teachers say it is a distraction for the students. News 4 is there in manassas with more. There was evidence inside the board room there. There was a packed house with more than 50 people addressing the board for three hours trying to convince them which way they should vote. It started out as an effort by the board to try to please the a fallen hero, county firefighter kyle wilson, who died while fighting a fire, and renaming Godwin Middle School for the army veteran george hampton, a board member said that renaming it was good because former secretary godwin was a segregationist. That is why the controversy started. Tonight, many sounded off urging the board to keep their decision to rename the school godwin. You made a decision in this room. Stick with your decision and dont stir this county up. Reporter others focused on the former governors past. I ask the board to unanimously reject any motion to reconsider its vote renaming the george m. Hampton middle school. He changed his ways, thank god he did. But its questionable whether he changed his ways because he believed he was wrong. Reporter but theud school fought back. Nobody cared until there were two groups of people who wanted a name on a school and only one school to name. The whole ensuing debacle has been made into a black white issue and it should not have been. Please rename the school. Reporter now, as you heard there a very passionate debate inside the room at the meeting today. But before this all started the board chair asked that things remain respectful.
