Atwood attended a Community Meeting about heroin and Prescription Drug overdoses in fairfax county. Don flat terry was the keynote speaker. Parents and Community Members need to understand that lunch prescription opioids with synthetic forms of the drug hoin. They affect the body in the same way. Statistics show the number of Overdose Deaths from Prescription Drugs and heroin are rising at an alarming rate. Meetings liking this are meant to talk about the problem and solutions. Greg richters daughter got addicted to heroin when she was 20 years old. He says shes alive and clean thanks to longterm treatment.
