Folks are telling me they are waiting to see what happens and police are determined to catch his killer. Prince georges county police pass out flyers in hyattsville. As they talk to people in this tightknit community about a murder. 32yearold miguel stabbed to death on a sidewalk around 4 00 this morning. We are very sad in this situation because miguel was a really nice person. This is our responsibility, regardless of the tragic. The direct over casa de maryland, a civil rights org any ziegs focussing on immigrant rights. Miguels body was found across the street from their headquarters. This evening, the community honored miguel at a vigil on the front steps. We still dont know what happened. We are calling our community. They are noticing, police communicate with the police. Miguel lived in an apartment with his cousins. Torrez tells me he was a landscaper who took care of his wife and kids in guatemala. Police don know why he was killed, and they have no leads in this case. We are trying to gather information. We have no clue what was the reason for the crime. While homicide detectives investigate this Community Waits for answers. We talk to police and the police is going to resolve the situation.
