Some frequent flyers are voicing their concerns tonight about a new proposal that would allow travelers to make cell phone calls at 30,000 feet. The federal Communications Commission says it is considering lifting the ban. Some airlines including jetblue, delta, and united have already hinted that they will not make the change.
