Tropical disease expert dr. Peter hotez is warning microcephaly could ravage the region like hurricane katrina. Im very worried in areas of extreme poverty, poor neighborhoods in u. S. Gulf coast cities such as houston and new orleans, maybe tampa, that we are highly vulnerable to seeing zika virus transmission leading to microcephaly cases.
