Marshals office alerted the mexicans they were in Puerto Vallarta on christmas or the day after, two days later they nabbed them off a busy tourist street. An unrecognized condition caused by his spoiled upbringing that apparently prevented him from knowing right from wrong. I have never seen a case that sparked such outrage that sparked such emotion from people. Four totally innocent people were taken away in a second by the irresponsible actions of this juvenile. Reporter this social media video shows couch in a party near a beer pong table. The sheriff tells abc news that possible parole violation is what caused couch now 18 to flee. But i think it was the trigger that sent him running once that video surfaced. Reporter the u. S. Marshals and fbi joined the hunt for couch last week amid worries the parolee would flee the country and change his appearance. He is not the kind of person who rehabilitate, who learns his lesson. Reporter after his conviction he didnt spend a single day in prison. That is likely to change but because he is still considered a juvenile here in texas and because hes still suspected of only a single violation of parole he probably wont spend much time behind bars. Sure. It doesnt help at all that hes seems to be trying to escape. But as an escape effort, you go to Puerto Vallarta over christmas when everyone there are american tourists . I mean, i think theres this image that, oh, you can go to mexico and escape justice. If you go to mexico theyre going to send you back. If you go to mexico you have to hide in mexico. You cant go to Puerto Vallarta and hope that youre not going to get caught there. So, he is in more legal trouble than he was but i think matt is right, that youre talking about Still Limited amount of time behind bars because theyre still going to have to prove that he violated the probation in the sense that he was drinking. Just being at the party where people are drinking isnt going to be enough to put him behind bars but the fact that he left and if they can prove that he was trying to escape that could do it. All right, so dont go to Puerto Vallarta. Thats the lesson here. In the meantime, how much does the mother face in terms of punishment if she did help him run. If the goal was, if the intent was for her to help him evade justice she could be facing the criminal justice system, as well. So theyre now both facing the possibility of being in jeopardy because of this but, again, theyll have to prove that they werent just on vacation but that this was an intentional effort to evade justice. After a grand jury refused monday to indict two officers in the shooting death of 12yearold tamir rice. The death of tamir rice was an absolute tragedy. It was horrible, unfortunate and regrettable but it was not by the law that binds us a crime. Reporter the shooting captured on Surveillance Video was a perfect storm of human error according to the prosecutor. Rice was shot by rookie officer Timothy Loehmann outside a cleveland rec center. The officer and his training partner were responding to a report of someone with a gun. He mistook rices toy gun for a real one. To any observer its difficult to distinguish between the real and fake gun. Reporter the shooting shook cleveland. Tamirs mother made clear in an earlier interview with George Stephanopoulos what she hoped the outcome of the investigation would be. Im looking for a conviction. For both of the officers. According to a Police Report ramsden had already been swimming some 4,000 yards before trying to do four laps across the pool without coming up for air. I used to think i was going to cook on the road and i had a kitchen in the bus and ended up i think i made a fried bologna sandwich. I will have to say on this tour with garth we have a wonderful catering crew and theyve been making my recipes out of the book so its cool. So i get to eat my cooking without having cook it or having to clean it up which is awesome . Nothing wrong with a fried bologna sandwich. Every now and hen. We have a chilly casserole. This is a cornbread chilli casserole and i have ground beef, lean ground beef and onions i browned here. Pretty simple to put together. Chicken stock in, salsa, some corn, a salsa you buy at the grocery store. Make it easy. This is canned corn, sweet corn drained. Perfect. A little bit of cumin. A little bit of salt. Some chilli powder and mix it all together and press it into the bottom of a man. This is the cornbread. I love my homemade cornbread but this did a store bought cornbread mix and add milk to it and top that and bake it at 350 for about 45 minutes in oh, my god, that is so good. Put a list cheese and sour cream on top. Thats that. It doesnt need it. Its fantastic. That is so good and blackeyed pea dip. Ill definitely serve this at new years. A lot of people think they dont like blackeyed peas. I used to bury them in the mashed potatoes for my husband. You puree them. So good. If you dont think you like black eyed peas, try the dip. Onions in there. Jalapeno. Oh, yeah, im getting that kick. That is amazing. And then this is a woman after my own heart talking dessert youre like cookies. Yeah. Show me what you got here. Everybodys got an easy Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe. This one is just a, again, a super easy, i use dark chocolate chips. Little healthier. I use selfrising flour so you dont have to think if you dont cook you dont have to think about mixing the flour and baking them. I have a list crippkrip cris them. And brown sugar.
