Now the hit and run did happen in the 1300 block of race street, a little bit closer to broad street, police are looking for any information. Police say five threeyear old woman was hit and killed in the 1300 block of race street just after 3 00 sunday morning driver took off. Police believe that the driver was headed east on race street and hit the victim when she was in the roadway. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
