A 69 yearold man was killed today as he was crossing the roosevelt boulevard in northeast philadelphia, it happened just before 1 30 right here near smilely road. Action News ReporterChristie Ileto is live at the scene with the story, chris to reporter well, sarah victims grandson tells action news that his grandfather, milford picky just left his home and crossing the boulevard at this very same spot. According to neighbors there used to be a crosswalk in that area and it is unclear yes didnt use one. Now listening was just like a small boom.
