Developing news from Hamilton Township, new jersey where all eastbound lanes of the Atlantic City expressway have been shut down. Lets look live at the scene here and detours in place, this stems from an accident that occurred at 1 00 p. M. In the eastbound lanes near the Hamilton Township exit. A tanker truck overturned, forcing the officials to declare a hazmat situation, although, we have not yet been notified about the content of the tanker. The lanes will remain shut down and traffic will be diverted, until the scene is cleaned up, no word at this hour how long that might take. A 22year old woman was killed this morning during a car crash in roxborough. Just after 12 30 when a driver of the car in which she was riding hit a deer on hagys mill road month. Man was ejected from the vehicle. The car then slammed in the utility pole which came crashing down on the car slicing tonight half. Woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Driver of the car was taken to einstein hospital with non life threatening injuries. Fire fighters in reading, spent much of the day to day battling a three alarm fire in an abandon warehouse. Reporter People Living in the area of somerdale avenue and roosevelt boulevard were disturbed to learn that a 39 yearold man was shot and killed, while driving a car around 6 00 a. M. Sunday according to police. I heard shots. I was in the porch and looked out window. Reporter a neighbor who does not want to be identified says five gunshots rang out and a white vehicle drove away from the intersection. And the car turned the corner. I turnout the light to tell you the truth. It had to be that car. Reporter Police Say Victim was stopped at the light on the somerdale and southbound side of the boulevard when a white cadillac pulled up to the drivers side. Multiple shots were fired wounding the victim in the head and neck. And after the shots were fired , police say that the cadillac fled, south, and the victim swerved, straight across the boulevard, crashing in the fence along outer lanes and was pronounced dead at the scene. Parts of the boulevard were shut down for several hours, while police investigated and news of what happened, started to spread. This woman is in the process of moving out of her home on somerdale saying after five years the neighborhood has gotten too dangerous for her family. The kid cannot even sit out here, you know, hang out or go down the street, to the park, it is just too much, too much with the shootings, you know, people getting robbed. You are not safe out here.
