They maintain his innocence and say that prosecutors can not meet the burden of proof in this case. He sat can quietly for Opening Statements, he stands accused of killing his 3yearold son brendan in 2015. His lawyer maintains his innocence. To show he is the person dj creato reported his son missing, and said he last saw the little boy when he put him to bed on the living room crouch the day before. And after a three hour search brendon was found submerged in the water in a park. They refuted the idea that he wandered there on his own but a location that dj creato was familiar with.
