Police say that heavyside was fleeing authorities after a drug deal on monday and slammed into another car in hamilton township, the driver of the car deja ferrier died a short time later. As he got out of the cruiser he was shot in the head. His partner opened fire shooting and killing the suspect. There were other officers that did an equally heroic job of getting josh to the hospital and in trauma in a very small amount of time. Two others were arrested. They were charged with attempted murder, robbery and other related charges. How remarkable is this recovery. It hasnt even been two weeks . Remarkable is probably an understatement. The doctors will tell you the exact same thing. He is a husband and expectant father. They expect no comment today. The officers rehabilitation is far interest over.
