And one more day where tam and karen and i watch david shiver outside in the morning. I like it. Bone chilling cold out here on the terrace but we got an issue tonight and well start with. That theres a Winter Weather advisory thats been posted for northern suburbs including northern bucks and Montgomery County. Berks county, the Lehigh Valley, all the way up through the poconos and beyond. This kicks in at 6 oclock tonight and doesnt expire in some Northern Areas until as late as 2 00 a. M. And the issue is some light snow but also some freezing rain and thats about the worst kind of winter precipitation we can have whether youre a pedestrian or a driver. If you see something starting to fall, even if it looks like rain later this evening or later tonight, up in those Northern Areas, slow it down because very likely we are looking at freezing rain on the surface. Cloud cover getting thicker out to the west. Might squeeze out some early sunshine today but the clouds generally get thicker. As we roll through the day, 15 degrees by 7 oclock. 33 by noon and still only about 35 degrees by 3 oclock with clouds getting thicker. By 5 oclock, 36. Notice how we have a high of 38. Were not going to hit that until about 9 oclock tonight and again, the freezing rain up in the northern suburbs eventually with that rising temperature profile just changes over to all rain. But for awhile tonight could be an issue. Karen rogers, we have much milder air coming in for tomorrow and especially thursday. Nice numbers coming at you shortly. All right. Lets check the vine street expressway. The crews have left the scene. They had shut it down overnight for construction. For that now were looking pretty good on the vine.
