He put his car in reverse as he was leaving to get away, he struck two park cars in an effort to leave. Police did find shell casings here, police say the victim drove to the 5800 block of the boulevard off Oxford Circle looking for help. The flaishes on saul apparently the neighbors on saul street saw him leave and they followed him to confront him. The neighbors go to confront him, he was speaking spanish, they didnt understand what he was trying to tell them, they realized he was shot. He was shot in the abdomin and the Investigation Continues here, police say there was a large amount of cash found in the console of the vehicle, police have not searched the rest of the vehicle yet.
