Voters in delaware will elect a new governor, a Lieutenant Governor and a new representative in the u. S. House. They only have one. Schuylkill expressway westbound boulevard to past belmont about 18 miles an hour. On the schuylkill eastbound we had a disabled eastbound the been a little extra heavy from the blue route to gladwyne with that disabled.
