One of the victims told me thought the front door was locked but this was obviously a terrifying ordeal for these students. One of them tells they meteorologist, david murphy dont feel safe. It happened in north philadelphia on the 1800 block of north bouvier street. The house is just a few blocks from tell me fells tell temples campus. Three armed men walked through the unlocked door. They were Wearing Masks and all black clothing. They had come back from a bar half hour to 45 minutes earlier. They thought the locked. Two other roommates were upstairs in their room at the time. The victims thought they heard a noise, that was the nothing of it and then a few seconds later the door of the basement flung open. The men screamed for them to get down. They kept asking where the money was. They flipped through the rooms taking iphones wallets cash keys a laptop video game consoles and debit cards. They had us to the ground and the one dude had a knife to my back and at one point they even stood me up, put me on my knees and told me like where is the stuff, we know theres stuff in your room and im like im seepus ious guys if you want to do something do it to me. Like i have nothing in this room to give you. You took what i have. And like the entire time they were just holding the knife to my back and at one point like the kid had a gun to my head. Reporter the suspects told the students stay on the ground for 10 minutes after they left or else they would come back and shoot them. As soon as they heard the front door close one of them said he got up and pulled the fire alarm because their phones were just stolen. The fire company arrived and then they explained what happened.
