Now lets get rider on over to action News ReporterAnnie Mccormack who has been staying on top of this breaking story. Reporter abc news has confirmed 13 are dead and many injured. They say that this is a result of at least two explosions at Brussels Airport. They also are reporting that there were additional explosions at several brussels subway stations. Now here are images just coming in from the airport explosions. According to abc news, around 8 00 a. M. , there were two blasts in the departures area of the airport. All departures from Brussels Airport have been canceled and incoming flights have since been diverted. Now, brussels is five hours ahead of eastern standard time. We are checking with American Airlines about flights that left philadelphia for brussels. American Airlines Flight 750 left philadelphia last night and landed in brussels just before 7 00 a. M. American Airlines Flight 751 was scheduled to leave brussels at 9 40 a. M. Their time bound for philadelphia. Money airlines has confirmed through twitter that that flight has been canceled. Now, these explosions come only two days after the prime suspect in the paris attacks was arrested in brussels. Abc news has also reported authorities launched a manhunt for another terror suspect. However at this point there is no confirmation that this is a terrorist act. Within the past hour the Prime Minister of belgium is saying that the possibility of a terrorist attack is currently being investigated. The terror alert level has now been raised to the highest level and everybody who is in brussels is asked to stay inside of their home. Now lets tell you what we know so far. About those explosion that is rocked the city. At least 13 people were dead many more people have been hurt. The first two explosions ripped through the departures area of the airport. Witnesses reported seeing the ceiling cave in. They said there was blood everywhere followed by a series of explosions at a subway station. A number of them. The system again has been shut down. The belgian people have been told to shelterinplace. This is all after the terror suspect was arrested in that city in brussels. Officials are being very careful about connecting any of this to terrorism saying that that has not been confirmed what were seeing this morning. However, we have been told that the terror level in that city has been raised to the maximum level. This all happened about an hour after a flight from philadelphia landed in about 90 minutes before a plane headed for philadelphia was scheduled to take off. A foster family in california says theyre heartbroken after the little girl they have been caring for was taken out of their home.
