A teen sleepover in delco ended way knock 29 door as police say they pin pointed a girl making threats on social media. Annie mccormick has the details. Reporter that threat came in just before 7 oclock. The fbi working with local authorities and immediately moved n they arrested a 17yearold girl who is a student here at Chester High School and according to police, she admitted to making the social media threat. Now, take a look at the threat that was actually posted on instagram last night. It threatened an attack against students in schools in the chesterupland school district, Chester CommunityCharter School and chiChester High School and the post ended with saying all blacks must die. Now, this is video of the location where the young girl was arrested. Federal and local agencies zeroed in on a home here in the 1300 block of harshaw road in Chester Township and made an arrest. The 17yearold was visiting a home in that block. She was there for a sleepover. Developing now authorities have arrested the leaders of an armed group occupying a National Wildlife refuge oregon. It happened during a traffic stop. One of the protesters Lavoy Finicum was killed by gunfire but it is not clear if the situation is under control. Officials say it started with a traffic stop and that finicum and bundys brother, ryan, refused to surrender. Shots were fired. However, at this time it is also unclear who discharged the weapons first. In addition to finicums death ryan bundy was injured in the shootout. The fbi and the Oregon Police said agents made a total of eight arrests. The armed group took over the wildlife refuge january 2nd to protest federal land policies. Militant lead bundy and his followers were apparently on their way to a Community Meeting with residents to discuss their views on federal management of public lands. The militants call themselves the citizens for constitutional freedom and wanted federal lands turned over to local authorities. And Philadelphia Police say theres a gunman going around stealing cell phones in center city. The suspect struck twice within an hour last night Holding Someone up along the 1500 block of pine street and then a few blocks away on delancey. Police traced the phone usage to part of the Schuylkill River trail but when they went there no one was there. 5 37 now. Today marks one year since a roof collapse injured three people at a center city retailer. It happened at the lululemon location. Bricks from the neighboring building fell off and crashed through lululemons roof. 28yearold Allison Friedman was one of the people hit by the debris. The 19yearold woman was driving a pickup truck southbound on route 128 in lexington yesterday when one of her tires fell off. It flew over the barrier, struck another vehicle and then a second one traveling north. The man in that second car was killed. Police say it is too early to tell whether charges will be filed. The founder of bikram hot yoga is feeling the heat. A jury found Bikram Choudhury guilty of sexual area has. He must pay his former lawyer nearly seven and a half Million Dollars in total damages. The lawyer claimed choudhury harassed her and also fired her for refusing to cover up a rape claim against him. Choudhury is also named in six other sex assault lawsuits. Hes repeatedly denied the allegations. The 69yearold built an empire on his 90 minute routine performed in rooms reaching more than a hundred degrees. But choudhury contends hes now bankrupt.
