Chopper6 was over the scene route 202 in Solebury Township. Heavy Construction Equipment was hauled in. You could see federal state and local Law Enforcement sifting through dirt trying to find any shred of evidence connected to the four missing men. Denied dean finocchiaro, Jimmy Patrick of newtown, 22yearold mark sturgis of pennsburg and 21yearold tom meo of plumstead have been missing since last week and are pleased to be victims of foul play. Friends of the missing men have arrived to the search site hoping for news. Meanwhile the District Attorney is calling for tips. He reiterated this is an all all hands deck situation as they scour the area for evidence. I cant say that the whole entire property is a crime scene but were certainly weve been going through the entire property. He was just so close to me. Reporter sources tell abc news that a ping from one of the missing mens cell phones led them to the property owned by the family of cosmo dinardo. Hes being called person of interest but so far he has not been named a suspect. The search continues today. It happened along the 200 block of east archer street in kensington early monday morning. Cell phone video shows one of the officers appearing to slam kevin rivera into the pavement. Second later the suspect is seen falling to the ground as an officer tries to load him into a police car. Hes clearly resisting in the middle of the street before they got handcuffs on him.
