Again, be on the look out for showers and thunderstorms late in the day. Far as the timing on that, its going to be between 4 00 p. M. , and 7 00 p. M. It will march through west to east. The problem with the line, it will be a broken line, not everyone will see it. If you get underneath the storm it will be strong, gusty winds and drenching downpours. Were following breaking news out of new jersey, the State Government is shut down. Lawmakers failed to reach an agreement on the budget by a midnight deadline. Chris christie tweeted i have issued an executive order a state of emergency for the protection and wellbeing of the people of new jersey. Christy said he will not sign off on the state budget unless democrats agree to take surplus funds from horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield to pay for a drug treatment program. The head of Democrat Senate said he could not do it. Christy said he unnecessarily stalled the budget process forcing disclosure and inconveniencing everyone in and visiting our state.
