New here on action news a shooting in Northampton County has left a man dead and investigators a bit stumped. Someone shot and killed 25yearold Michael Davis in front of his home in Palmer Township after he came back home from work. Gunfire erupted monday night on the 2800 block of eldridge avenue. Police say neighbors did report seeing two individuals in dark clothing crouch nearby on the street just before the shooting. Police are hoping that the public will come forward with some tips. It is 5 05. Right now two women are behind bars in bucks county accused of helping two brothers rob a levittown pizza shop with deadly consequences. The action cam was there right after Chasity Ramos and robin soto were formally arraigned on robbery charges. Ramos is justins pregnant girlfriend. Prosecutors say both women scoped out porfirios pizza five minutes before last tuesdays attempted robbery. Instead of getting away with cash the rose brothers were shot by a customer who killed sean and seriously wounded justin. The surviving brother is in Critical Condition but has improved is that now talking. New information on the forest fire that continues to smolder in berks county. Authorities now say the fire on mount penn in reading is suspicious. The flames stretched across 47 acres. The blaze broke out monday evening behind reading high school. More than 100 firefighters battled the flames that are now under control. Crews will continue to monitor the land and douse hot spots throughout today. It happened inside officer dorian youngs northeast philadelphia home back on labor day in september. District attorney Seth Williams says the 46yearold father got into a fight with his 19yearold son over the family car and shot him in the back and in the shoe. The son lost his spleen due to his shooting injuries. Man in florida became the victim of his own drunk driving and ended up getting run over in the video you can see the man ignoring the bouncers as he leaves a strip club in orlando gets into the drivers seat of his pickup truck and as he pulls away, he falls out of the truck and the back wheels end up rolling over him. Then the out of control truck crashed into a nearby house. The driver was able to run away even after being run over but police found him days later because he left his license at the club. He is now charged with leaving the scene of a crash. For the second week in a row police are investigating a case of food tampering in south lake california. A suspect put a substance into the bar at a baja fresh. Police are trying to narrow down what this unknown substance s the incident has the Shopping Center customers voicing some concerns. Investigators believe this is the same man already in custody for putting a substance into a food bar at a local supermarket.
