Police say the driver accused of hitting two teens on the bike kept on driving. The driver is in police custody. At least one of the teenagers we are told is fighting for his life. As for the two teenagers one is in stable condition, the other in Critical Condition at the hospital. North broad is still shut down for the accident investigation. M. In Spring Garden. Police say five or six teen boys were riding their bikes on the 600 block of north broad. The two 26yearold victims were on the same bike when they were struck by a red sports car. Witnesses say the car was speeding and after hitting the teens it fled. Friends saw what happened, but they were not hurt. When the Police Arrived two 16yearolds were lying in the street. One had serious head trauma, the second teen broke his leg and is stable. Police are processing the evidence. The impact was so severe, it caused the front tire of the bike to be torn from the bicycle, and that front tire landed 50 feet north of where the point of impact occurred.
