The gunfire erupted in south philadelphia before midnight. Police say the gunman shot the 17yearold nearly ten times. The teen is in critical condition. Fattah and four associates are charged with racquet tiering and wire fraud and money laundering. Two other aids pleaded guilty. His son is serving a sentence for corruption conviction.
