The fire broke out on the 2500 block of south wornick street. They found the victim in the bedroom on the second floor. Philadelphia fire commissioner said the cause has not been identified. Firefighters also did not find any working smoke alarms in that home. Also developing this morning, a 68yearold woman was seriously injured in a highrise apartment fire. Crews were called to the 5100 block of morris street in germantown around 1 00 a. M. The fire broke out in an apartment on the 8th floor. The residence were evacuated to the lobby. One woman suffered second and third degree burns, she is in the hospital in the serious but stable condition. Residents were allowed to return to their apartment once the smoke cleared. Two people were killed in a multivehicle accident in bucks county. It happened at street road in feasterville. One other person survived. Police shut down street road during the vehicles. They have yet to identify what led to the crash. A toddler in Union County Pennsylvania is making a miraculous recovery after having no pulse for an hour and a half.
