Around 5 45 this morning the victim and his brother were just outside of their home when two men ran up and shot the victim 15 times. Five times in the head alone. The numerous evidence markers show where each shell casing fell. His motherly is mother is devastated. Somebody really wanted to hurt my son for nothing. Whoever did that to my son i hope they come forward because im telling you karma do in the play. The victims brother is okay. Two other people were killed between saturday and sunday. Another was murdered in the overnight hours today. A dozen others were injured in gunfire that included a quadruple and triple shooting. The homicide count is up compared to this time last year at least 20 percent. Police commissioner richard ross tells us 92 people have been murdered since the start of the new year. House bill 827 will target slow drivers who use the passing lanes. The bill sponsors say fining people who drive under the speed limit in the left lane 200 would cut down on accidents caused by drivers passing in the right lane. He says the court has no doubt that hes an extraordinarily good man adding but great men sometimes do bad things. Now, all of this as one of the victims sat and watched. A Civil Rights Group called restore our humanity is filing a complaint against the judge nearing his comments will scare other victims from coming forward.
