All of the septa city bus routes have resumed service but its not completely total service. Limited service acrosstheboard on all of those septa city bus routes. Full service back in business by tomorrow the broad street subway running again. Right now trains running every 10 minutes. On the broad ridge spur its every 20 minutes. That Service Resumed at noon today. Market frankford line is back up and running bullet not quite as frequently as normal. Every six minutes is your service there right now with no stops at fifth street and Independence Mall. Thats because of the clinton rally tonight. More on that in just a second and trolleys also resumed service but again, its limited service. Full service should be running by tomorrow. On the septa regional rails its looking a whole lot better than it was pretty much all of last week. But already this afternoon we are seeing some 10 to 20 minute delays on some of the select trains on the regional rails. Now to that clinton rally which is the other big traffic story tonight. Its right on Independence Mall so already portions of Market Street between fourth and seventh portions of fifth and sixth street are blocked off and already weve got gridlock around center city not because of the strike this time but because of the rally tonight. Also keep in mind throughout the evening especially the end of our rush we expect rolling closures on 95 and here on the vine as the motorcade to make their way to Independence Mall is going to be yet another very busy evening rush. Reporter but for the majority of the thousands who have lined up starting at fourth and chestnut theyre here to see hillary. Im confident that hillary is going to winnism some have put in a long, long wait. When i got here it will be about 10 hours. Reporter if you need any indication the keystone state is a battleground this rally might be just that. Clinton picked what many regard as the best political venue even the birthplace of democracy as the location for a morale boost. Campaign ends where america began. Reporter on top of jon bon jovi and the boss shes bringing in the obama husband bill and daughter chelsea. Were out here supporting celebrating and giving gratitude for our outgoing president. Reporter for others its again just about hillary jon bon jovi might be a little before this young mans time. Well, everyone else except for jon bon jovi i dont really care about him. Hes whatever. Reporter if you work or live around the mall you may have noticed some road closures and huge garbage trucks now blocking streets. Okay. Back out live here a look at the line. You cant see the end of it. It is as far as the eye can see and right next to it here on the corner is that giant donald trump head that we are talking about in the story. It is certainly drawn a lot of boos and jeers from the crowd lining up. The gates just opened up at 4 oclock. Reporting live live in olde city bob brooks channel6 action news. Sharrie. Im going to be a big fan of the weather the next 24 hours. Temperatures will that stick around. A beautiful shot here. A little ripple along the delaware a little bit of breeze out of the north that brought in some of those chillier temps but above the ben franklin bridge here not really a cloud in the sky. Temperaturewise a little below normal but again pretty prefreshing. 58 in allentown, 56 in reading same for wilmington. Dover at 54 degrees. 53 in millville. Lower 50s at the shore so again a very cool evening will set up to be cold night across much of the area but High Pressure in control and as you can see, not a cloud anywhere along the i95 corridor all the way west into the ohio valley. You have to head over the open waters of the atlantic where you get that colder air to kind of hit that relatively warmer water and that creates those cold air cumulus clouds you see developing just off of the coastline. So, for tonight, 36 in wilmington, 31 in reading, 30 in allentown so you do see some numbers at or below freezing here. Millville at 32, dover 38 degrees, a lot of stars but again, seasonably chilly and in fact, for some of the suburbs we could see a little frost tomorrow morning in New Castle County as well as Delaware County in pennsylvania. But heres that voters forecast. A high tomorrow in philadelphia were going 69 degrees. First thing in the morning a chill at 41. Lunchtime 64 degrees, 3 oclock near that 70degree mark. 6 oclock 63. And at 8 oclock when the polls close across our region temperatures will quickly fall back into the 50s given that very early sunset now. Future tracker six at 8 oclock here tomorrow evening again as the polls close, just a few high clouds coming in from the north and west but as we get into the Morning Hours of wednesday, some rain will be arriving in time for the morning rush on wednesday. Much need rain but again, getting a little bump in the road here at the early part of the week. The middle part of the week and then by wednesday afternoon you can see some drying to puncture into those northwestern suburbs but still a rainy afternoon wednesday south and east. That four day at 4 00 forecast again a lot of sunshine here for election day. Very warm as well. And then on wednesday, kind of a flip here. Were going back below normal, 58 degrees, a lot of showers and steady rain at times so Perfect Timing with the polling on tuesday and not wednesday and then thursday sunny and breezy. Behind it cool at 57. And then another jump back up in temperature for veterans day but winds will be increasing as well of 63 and then a major change to come on saturday. I will show you those numbers coming up in the seven day. Yeah. In the next half hour. People pay not know it but its a actual meteorological term flipdedo. That was one of those times. Matt pelman is standing by in the action News Traffic Center and youre on the move today. I think i know what hes going to say here. Were hoping wednesday a lot of things that were frozen last week. Thats what i was going to say, the buses, the trolleys, the subways. This traffic almost frozen this afternoon but a few things are different this week. So, first off the septa strike is over. The services are resuming service and its getting dark earlier now with the time change in case you havent heard, its now 4 45 instead of 5 45, so were out here, the sun is setting, were dealing with extra sun glare for these southbound drivers along 95 but northbound is even more substantially delayed here by allegheny avenue. Had a couple of earlier accidents this afternoon on the northbound side. And 95 as well as the vine will close later in the rush hour this evening. Were thinking during the 6 oclock and 7 oclock hours, although politicians are a little bit unpredictable so who knows for sure but likely the 6 oclock and 7 oclock hours, 95 and the vine, this is the vine will shut down as the motorcades make their way over to Independence Mall for the clinton rally and already this afternoon we are seeing a lot of congestion on streets like eighth street here by the roundhouse. Thats because theres a box thats blocked off already around independent mall. Its basically arch down to chestnut, seventh to fourth, all those streets are shut down in preparation for the big rally tonight. If youre not headed to the rally i would stay far away from the Independence Mall area. Again, septa City Services are resuming service, not quite as frequently as normal and we are seeing delays again this afternoon on the regional rails. Worst one at this point is 20 minutes. Well check it again, brian and sharrie, coming up in the next half hour. All right, very good. See you then my friends. Thank you. Still to come tonight not everyones job provides a 401k savings plan. Up next well tell you what to do if youre in that category. Work week got off to a great start. Bravo on the mannequin thing. Alicia dissed you. Thank you my friend. Wow. Lets thanks a lot. Shes very upset. You threw her under the bus. Change is coming. Change is coming. Youll be blown all around a couple of days this week with changes and the winds moving into town, but as we bless you. As we take a look at the action cam which is in gladwyne along river road here, we are past peak foliage around the region. The levers dropping pretty quickly but a brilliant blue sky out there to start our new work and school week. Storm tracker6 live double scan around the area sorry, alicia, i didnt mean to mimic you. As we can see again not a cloud in the sky. Today not tracking any precipitation. 58 in allentown, 55 trenton, 53 in millville, 54 in dover, so again, a cool start. Were going the turn those temperatures around here for tuesday but you can see that dome of High Pressure in that control voiding much of the eastern part of the country here without any cloud cover at least east of the ohio valley, Tennessee Valley and this is our weather maker, in the form of a cold front working area of low pressure along that front to come in here for the middle of the week. But for tonight, its mainly clear, seasonably chilly below freezing in the suburbs, 41 for center city and those light winds will remain on the variable side. As we get into election day here tomorrow, lots of sunshine from start to finish, a little chilly in the morning, 41 degrees. At 10 oclock, 55. Jumping to 65 right around that lunch hour so if thats the only time you can escape from work, hey, its a good thing here tomorrow cause thats the peak of the day with the high temperatures between 1 oclock and 4 oclock and then by 7 oclock your temperature will start to dip below that 60degree threshold. Front coming from the north and west but again that holds off for tomorrow. 69 for a high with a very mild afternoon. As the low pulls through the cold front pulls through low pressure will develop along that front and that will help to enhance the rain a little bit on wednesday, so kind of damp and dreary for the middle of the week, about a quarter to a half an inch of rain here on wednesday before we dry out on thursday. The exclusive accuweather 7day forecast a morning chill tomorrow and then really a delightful afternoon, near 70 degrees. Only 58 on wednesday, some steady rain especially late morning into the afternoon but then behind it it is breezy but sunny on thursday as the temperatures stay below average or at least a degree or so below, 57 degrees and then bright on friday, the temperatures go back up to 63, winds will start to increase ahead of the next system and that will bring a brief blast of winter on saturday. Its dry but our highs are only in the 40s. Wind chills could be in the upper 30s especially in the suburbs throughout your saturday but then thats gone. We go back a little bit above normal going into late sunday and monday staying dry and around 60 degrees. So take your pick whatever day you like because we got a feeling about with everything, with rain, winter and spring. Its all in there. Its all in there. All right. Adam thank you.
