She was too shaken to speak on camera, but is thankful that she and her two children were not hurt. Detective as long with members of the arson and Explosives Task force responded to the southeast block of beachwood. Bringing in especially trained dogs after someone said a molotov cocktail was thrown at the house, and it hit the window but did not go in. Her pavement was on fire. A neighbor spoke to action news and near the flames she also saw a man watching them. There was a man there looking off but he never moved or tried to help or anything. Then the man walked north and beachwood and eastbound on jackson, a bomb squad found a second molotov cocktail nearby. Keep your eyes and ears open and dont know if this house is a target for some reason, we encourage neighbors in that area if she see people hanging around call 911. The family has lived here for about a year and keeps to themselves. I came down here and seen it was my neighbors, there were people there and i couldnt understand why that would happen. Attorney general laid out the case against three exloaders. The three men were said to allow a fryar allow young people he was a known child molester. And baker was assigned as a religious teacher in johns town. Baker committed suicide three years ago. Now kane today saying these three religious leaders charged today knew of bakers abuse but never reported it to police. They engaged in efforts to protect the image and reputation of the franciscan friar. Rather than act in the best interest of the children in the organization to whom they owed a duty of care. All men are retired and living outside of pennsylvania, they are given until friday to surrender again here is the look at those three men, their case part of a larger investigation into sex abuse in the diocese. Causes major erosion at the shore and the shore suffered 72 million in damage. And the disaster declaration means that local governments with apply for federal funding for preparation and response. They can get money they spent, taxpayer money they spent we took a 26 million hit in private and public damage. Most of it being on our beaches. The mayor showed me the show line at jfk boulevard where 200 feet of beach was chewed away. A 2 200 million loss of sand. This was worse than sandy. Officials at the shore say that applying for the federal disaster funds including a lot of paperwork but manager, angel says that they are thrilled it wont fall on taxpayers. The amount of money we would be charged to regain what we lost would have been devastating. A popular diner in chester is closed this afternoon after a pretty intense fire caused a lot of damage, the fire broke out at the grape leaves diner in edge mont at 3 00 this morning. Investigators say that the fire damage was contained to the restaurant and even leaving a hole in the roof but at one point the smoke started to fill the hallways of the Days Inn Hotel next door and that had to be evacuated as well. We pulled the fire alarm because i did not hear that either, and then a crew assisted the hotel staff go room to room to make sure everybody was out of the hotel. Very, very smokey, it was hard to get out. The guests werent allowed to get back in for several hours. When the sun came up and the damage became more clear, the roof charred of that diner and broken and a lot of water damage and some debris strewn out front. So a lot of cleanup there and as far as the grape leaf diner they are expected to be closed for sometime. Still no word on what caused that fire. And the diner not the only structure effected by fire. A family was forced out of their home after an Apartment Fire in camden county, in lyndonwald where the flamed started after 1 30 this morning. The flames started on the first floor apartment and quickly spread to the unit next door, the red cross is helping the affected family with a place to stay. But didnt move out fast enough to get the breaks that develop washington and baltimore down to the south where temperatures spike into the 60s and 60s and overnight the temperatures stay steady and they will drop a little bit into the 40s north and west. 48 in philadelphia and 45 in dover and a few areas of fog developing by tomorrow morning. Another area of low pressure what we call an included front, that connects a primary low with a new low with a warm front and cold front.
