She worked an overnight shift at this dollar store. Her family says she had been dropped off for work by her boyfriend but the doors were locked. So she apparently came back up on the highway where she was hit and killed by a driver who fled the scene without stopping. Her family is to say the least devastated. Whoever saw the accident, can they step up and tell anybody about the accident and thats very appreciated if they did. We love each other. Police have been hot on the trail and this afternoon released this picture of a badly damaged honda pilot they believe was the one that hit miss gray and killed her. They got a tip from a body shop. It belongs to a Chester County woman whose classified at this hour as a person of interest. Shes not yet been questioned. She was small in stature wearing dark clothing but the damage to the vehicle i would be hardpressed to believe that someone doesnt realize they hit something. Reporter for the gray family of coatesville it is the second tragedy within two months. Her 22yearold sister succumbed to diabetes back in mid october. Again, a person of interest was interviewed here at the caln Police Headquarters just a few minutes ago. Shes now left were told she slipped out a back door. No charges are pending at this point. Pleasantville police chief jose ruiz tells us the second man appeared to have been in a scuffle but was in the shot. Siegel underwent surgery today. Reporter the philadelphia native has a long history of run ins with the law most recently he moved from federal prison to a Halfway House in august after serving a two year tax evasion sentence. I mentioned last time around we had this earlier broken down vehicle on the blue route 476 northbound by macdade. Got us off to a bad start this afternoon not only on the blue route but also on 95 in delco. This is the northbound jam in full effect as you come north of harvey road in New Castle County through this point near highland avenue in Delaware County on up to 4476 the blue route. The travel time of 46 minutes should be eight so 95 in delco not looking so good. The schuylkill expressway not looking a whole lot better here by the vine street expressway were jammed in both directions. Westbound travel time a little bit worse at 37 minutes from this point out to the blue route, 476. That ideally should be a 14 minute ride. Also watching a crash plan to in jenkintown blocking off 611 between township line road and washington lane. You could use washington lane or maybe meetinghouse road as some alternates. In hatboro watch out for a wreck along york road at monument a its a big night in west chester wilt Old Fashioned christmas parade. Im sure youre missing meteorologist adom joseph. Scientists in leonard north dakota say this massive spinning ice disk on the Cheyenne River is a collection of floating ice chunks that got caught in a whirlpool. Now well take you north and west of town along route 100. If youre to the north of pottstown and south of allentown were tracking that light precipitation. Its light, its steady, its a bit of a drizzle and as we get into the rest of tonight and into saturday weve got more wet weather to come. Its 29 in the poconos and thats where we have a Winter Weather advisory in effect. It will go into effect at 4 oclock this afternoon, so its already up and it stays up until 1 oclock in the morning. We have the light rain and drizzle and if you look to the north of philadelphia we have that mixed precipitation which is why we have that Winter Weather advisory for the poconos in effect. This is the area of low pressure were tracking thats moving out of areas in arkansas pressing into missouri and this will work its way eastward as we get into saturday and with that more moisture to come can. So have the wet weather gear pretty close to you over the next 24 to 48 hours. As we get into the overnight hours and into early tomorrow morning, you can see its dry. There might be some mist and drizzle around but a lot of that precipitation and the heaviest space off to our north and west. 3 oclock tomorrow afternoon we have that rain some of which looks to be heavy at times. Remember we could find anywhere from threequarters an inch of rain to an inch of rain. This will persist through the night and clearing as we get into sunday and sunday during the day we look to be dry so better news for the second half of our weekend. Future rainfall what were calling for anywhere from a half inch in dover to more than an inch of precipitation there in the poconos. With jamie apody, meteorologist cecily tynan, Rick Williams and monica meteorologist cecily tynan, a Montgomery County Police Officers home destroyed by flames. Investigators did rule it suspicious. Tonight they say the officers neighbor is responsible for starting that fire while he and his family were on vacation. Friday night and the big story on action news is the arrest in the case of arson at a home in limerick township of an officer there. And we are learning new details tonight about what allegedly prompted his neighbor to start that blaze. Action News Reporter chad pradelli live at the scene of the fire in lower pottsgrove with details. Chad. Reporter monica, state police made the arrest rather quickly. Thats because they say this entire crime was caught on surveillance video. Thats the home that caught fire. You can see it has heavy damage there in the front. Well, they say detectives say that neighbor right there, the woman there, walked across that lawn then walked up to the porch and lit some christmas ornaments on fire. That lighter, according to detectives and the clothes she was wearing have been recovered by police. This is home video of Limerick Police detective ernie morris home going up in flames. The porch is engulfed and investigators say neighbor donna krupp is a woman who intentionally set the house on fire and state police say it was all caught on surveillance video.
