Mlk is closed most of the time at sweetbriar drive but for this mornings commute and tomorrow mornings commute, youll be able to get to the oval just to get to 24th street and the vine. But both drives of the parkway inner and outer are now shutdown between 20th street by the Franklin Institute and eakins oval by the art museum. Numbered streets near the parkway are closed and all the local streets shut down. This is a different ball game than what we dealt with yesterday morning. It definitely is involving more closures as we kick off the tuesday morning. Vine street expressway were getting ready for an eastbound closure as they move a crane into that place for nfl draft construction so well keep you posted on that and in southWest Philadelphia theres a big water main break this morning. Action cam is on the scene at 58th and chester of a close to Francis Myers parent you park. You can see all the water rolling across the intersection, portioning of 57th and 59th streets are closed the water is that bubbling up out of the ground. Well need pavement repair there. The pavement is just cracked. This is a mess. We need Water Department crews on the scene. I believe theyre on their way right now. He says he doesnt know the man but police say he may be a familiar face in the area and someone may have seen him. Im very bitter with him. He had no has no business being on the street. First jack jones was executed last night. Shortly after that though the state issued a temporary stay for the execution of marcel williams. Williams lawyers claimed that jones moved his lips and was gulping for air suggesting distress. After the first injection. But the judge lifted that stay about an hour later. Williams was pronounced dead at 10 33 p. M. Arkansas but putt to death one inmate last week and has final execution scheduled for this thursday. Four other executions have been blocked. A powerful earthquake struck off the Central Chile coast last night.
