The crime scene unit just homicide detectives and the medical examiner remain on the scene. After 2 00 a. M. For a report gunshots at fourth and roslyn. They found the 23yearold victim n his back on the sidewalk. He had been shot multiple times in his torso, at least once in his head. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
