Police tell action news the victim was moving exercise equipment into a home with friends when two armed men approached them. A fight broke count the victim was shot in the leg. The two robbers ran off with 450. The victim is in stable condition. Police are checking area surveillance cameras to see if the cameras caught any of the suspects. Developing this morning, two Philadelphia Schools will be closed today due that power outage caused by a fire at a peco substation. Its very frustrating. Reporter the lights were out in pat greens north philadelphia home after the fire at peco substation on westemoreland street. At its peak 36,000 customers were without power. Close to three hours later, the power was turned off in the substation and firefighters began knocking down the flames.
