But watch out, you have to stay to the right because that left lane is blocked because of the accident and fuel spill. Elsewhere on the schuylkill we had some overnight construction westbound between university and south. Thats gone. As is work on the roosevelt boulevard extension southbound headed toward the schuylkill near fox street, all crews have cleared out of the way but theyre not gone yet from the vine street expressway. Still closed in both directions for overnight work between the schuylkill and broad street. These crews should be out of here within the next half hour and theyll return tonight at 11 oclock. They were also working overnight in newark shutting down College Avenue and that, too, is closed until 5 00 this morning. I think id stay over on chapel street to get around that water main work. Welsh track road remains blocked as well for ongoing construction until Early September so to get around that Chestnut Hill road is one possible alternate. New this morning, gunfire injured a young woman walking home in chester late last night. The action cam was at tenth and upland streets where police were searching on overgrown lot for clues. The woman in her 20s was shot in the leg and also suffered a graze wound to the head. Shes in stable condition. No arrests have been made. Gunfire injured a child. Shell casings were scatter across the 1200 block of west ninth street in chester. Police say one of the bullets struck a sixyearold boy in the finger. The childs mother said a man started shooting in the direction of her son who was outside his home playing with other children. No one else was hit. A man is due in court in camden today to answer charges that he murdered his girlfriends twoyearold son. 24yearold Zachary Tricoche is charged with beating the child inside a home in pennsauken on saturday night. His mother called 911 but the boy died later. Todays hearing could shed light on the moments leading up to the beating. The boy does have siblings. Its unclear if they were home or also subjected to abuse. A bridgeton, new jersey, Police Officer who shot and killed a man during a traffic stop on new years eve in 2014 will not face federal charges. Federal prosecutors announced their decision yesterday. The incident was captured on dashcam video. Police found a handgun in 36yearold jerame reids glove box. Officer braheme days says he told reid to put his hands up and stay put but reid stepped out of the vehicle with his hands up. That is when he was shot. He was taken to the hospital in Critical Condition and authorities are also saying that three children were inside the apartment here at building c at the heights of collingswood complex right off white horse pike when this all happened. It took place shortly before 8 oclock last night. The woman was found in her bedroom multiple stab wounds. She was pronounced dead. Her husband who was also in his 30s had multiple stab wounds that authorities think are self inflicted. He was still alive and hawpe rushed to Cooper University hospital where he underwent surgery overnight. Again, Authorities Say three children were there at the apartment when this took place. It does not appear that they were injured. We dont know yet if authorities were called to this home prior to last night, though were hearing the couple recently moved into this apartment complex. Fiona looks like its going to dissolve into an extra tropical low over the next couple days and probably miss bermuda. Well see what happens with the moisture from that. Thats not really that much of an effect on us. This is the possible developing Tropical Storm and it looks like its headed ford bahamas probably by the second half of the weekend and perhaps into florida early next week so thats something well be watching there and then finally Tropical Storm gaston which is starting to build in strength probably becomes a category one hurricane. Right now it looks like it wants to shoot up into the central atlantic and any other be that much of an issue.
