Reporter hard to believe, tam and Neshaminy School district has not released in it statements at all since the game happened last night. We have reached out to them. Its not clear if this coach will face any disciplinary action. Take a look for yourself and see was think. If you look closely you can see the apparent head butt between neshaminy high coach jerry devine and the referee. The referee is knocked to the ground. According to espn devine was arguing an offensive call with less than a minute left in the game against pennsbury high when he was hit with a technical. Thats when the apparent head butt occurred with the referee and the coach was ejected from the game. Well, wbc b Sports Network live streamed the game, thats where we got the gid yo and their announcer told espn that the coach went crazy but did he not believe that the coach meant to head butt the ref. Now, he told espn it looked like the coach intended to get in the referees face. From there you can again see on the video what you think happened. The referee did stay in the game. You pass a background check, you purchase a firearm. The president s 10point plan calls for narrowing the socalled gun show loophole instructing private sellers to run background checks as well. The the atf and fbi will be charged with implementing president obamas actions under the new federal gun control act. Anyone in the business of dealing and selling guns will need a federal license under the gun control act. Those who only sell firearms at flea markets gun shows or over the internet will now also be required to be licensed. Unlicensed individuals essentially illegal merchants do not conduct background checks, conduct sales and those firearms often end up on the streets and in the hands of criminals. Again, there will be a fight over these new provisions. Another key provision of the act will require doctors to report people prohibited from possessing a firearm for Mental Health reasons. The act also provides funding for 400 new atf and fbi agents to provide a more efficient background check system and an Internet Investigation Center to track illegal firearms online. Two women recovering this morning after a dog attack in philadelphias somerton section and and at the same time a Senior Citizen is being questioned for trying to shoot the dogs. This all happened last night on the 200 block lockart lane. Investigators say a 60yearold woman and her 30yearold woman were walking there when one dog bit her in in the back. A man fired at the dogs. The bullets missed. He claimed he had been attacked by them before and neighbors agreed that the dogs are dangerous. These dogs would bark so loud and they shake the gates like theyre about to run out or something. So, theyre scary, very scary. The women are in stable condition and police took that shooter into custody. Animal control took the dogs into their custody. Happening today the Philadelphia Police department will swear in a new Deputy Commissioner of patrol operations. Well, Philadelphia Police are still looking for the thief who briefly stole a car with a sixyearold child sleeping in the back seat. The car and the sixyearold boy were found abandoned a short time later. It happened yesterday morning at the 7eleven at oxford and bridge streets. The childs stepfather left the car running while he went into the store and thats when someone jumped inside and drove off. In Surveillance Video the cars owner is seen running out of the store trying to chase after them. Excuse me. Police found the stolen car about 30 minutes later 2 miles away. The car was running and thankfully the child was still inside and asleep. And a similar situation happened in new mexico but in the new mexico case the child was dropped off alone in a parking lot.
