Good morning, everybody. Were off to a cloudier start than the last couple of mornings. You can see how thed clouds are start to build in from the westly well probably see early sunshine but then those clouds will get thicker. I think that happens pretty quickly this morning. Off to another cool start. 36 degrees in allentown, 37 reading, just 41 degrees in philadelphia, still in the 30s in millville. And typically next to that ocean water thats still in the 50s right in sea isle youre still up in the 50s. As we head out to the bus stop look for 40 degrees by 6 oclock, well drop a little bit there. By 8 oclock up to 45. Mostly cloudy skies with some sun early but again those clouds thickening up fairly quickly this morning. As we take a look at temperatures its going to be a tad milder. Noon 60, 63 by 3 oclock and that is going to your high. Six clock 60. This afternoon the possibility of a spotty shower here or there. Tomorrow the bigger rain arrives. Ill have details on that with future tracker6 coming up karen and what about roads early. We can see theyre dry right here in delaware county. This is i95 at 420 northbound traffic just a few cars there headed towards the airport with no problems this morning. Southbound near the blue route the construction is cleared so weve got a good looking ride right now on i95 lets see if the vine is opened yet. Looking live and not seeing any traffic. Westbound, eastbound both copter to be blocked and thats with that overnight construction. Usually they open the westbound lanes any minute now but not seeing any cars go through just yet. Its scheduled to be clear by 5 00 a. M. We had an accident that has cleared here middlesex township in bucks county route one southbound moving better now at 413 and lots of construction continues in camden county, theyre blocking up to two lanes for the most part wrapping up at 6 oclock this morning, matt and tam. Okay, thank you karen. And back to the breaking news from france. A raid has been going on for the past few hours in a paris suburb as Police Continue to chase suspects from the terror attacks. French authorities believe they had cornered the man who planned out last weeks coordinated assaults in their capitol and its unclear if they got him. Erin ohearn is following all these developments and has new video in from the satellite center. Reporter still a lot of questions. It has been a tense situation the last few hours and french authorities are saying that this raid was targeting the mastermind of the paris attacks on friday. Now, there are a number of varying reports and this is still unfolding but we know that at least two people were killed in the town of saintdenis. One of those is a woman who detonate add suicide vest. Five others have been taken into custody. Three of those were inside the apartment where the suspects terrorists were hiring. There are also reports that some Police Officers were wounded. Now, loud and continuous gunfire was heard throughout this neighborhood. Its a suburb of paris in the last few hours. Residents were told to stay inside and some of them captured the drama as it unfolded. [gunfire] reporter so you hear that gunfire there obviously very scary for the witnesses surrounding that eastern people in the area clearly anxious and on edge as the situation developed at a rapid pace. People have been recording what is happening on their cell phones as you can see right there. Now, the focus since friday has been on hunting down Abdelhamid Abaaoud who you see there the alleged mastermind of the attack. French Officials Say it is believed he was inside the apartment that was raided this morning. As mentioned we dont know if he was killed arrested or remains at large. Abaaoud is a belgian citizen and until this morning it was believed actually that he was in syria, that he had escaped to syria after those attacks. This intense military effort, it is in a suburb of france and has left at least two people dead, five people injured and several people several officers we understand injured as well. This is a very fluid situation. Again these numbers are likely to change throughout the morning so were going to be giving you updates as they come in and keep you on top of this situation so stay with 6abc to get the latest on the raid outside just outside of paris. Back to you guys. Thank you for those latest details. Federal Officials Say security concerns force two air france flights bound for paris to divert to different airports in north america. This is some new video from the airport in Salt Lake City utah overnight where one of the planes a flight from lax landed safely. Bomb threats were called in hannon mussily last night. The other flight from dulles was diverted to halifax canada. It also landed safely. A tip to police in south jersey helped authorities in texas catch a man accused of threatening to shoot up a mosque. 26yearold clayton cancelor is charged with taking terroristic threats. Someone told the Gloucester Township Police they saw the threat on facebook. They contacted the fort ben sheriffs countsheriffs office. Enhanced security measures will be in place for sundays marathon. Mayor Michael Nutter says hes spoke to Security Officials and theres no threat to the city. Runners say life must move on. They look forward to putting their times to the test. Its a sense in the Running Community of resilience. A woman is thanking her nephew from rescuing her from a fast moving fire from overbrook section. Katherine scott is live on the scene on West Columbia avenue. Katherine. Reporter matt, this fire moved very quickly. There was a woman asleep inside at the time. She was not injured in all of this. However, she says the home that has been in her family since the 60s is in ruins and you can see firefighters remain on the scene here blasting water at this home in overbrook. This happened around 1 30 this morning on the 6100 block of West Columbia avenue. Heavy flames were pouring out of the first and second floors. Witnesses tell us that the fire started in the back of the home and then the flames just quickly spread throughout. The roof eventually collapsed and we were speaking to one man who said he happened to be walking by when he saw the fire in his aunts home. He kicked in a window to help her get out safely is. His aunt Tiffany Booker says she believes this start fred a outside grille. She said when she left it last night that grille was secure. There was a grille cooking in the yard. The grille was closed, locked, covered, you know, and i wake up and all i hear is the glass breaking and its the glass in the kitchen. When i do come outside the grille is on the ground. Reporter and she says that grille didnt get on the ground by itself. Shes suspicious how this fire began. And as you take a look here you can see that again firefighters are still on the scene. It happened along the Atlantic City expressway in Hamilton Township at midnight. New Jersey State Police closed the westbound lanes while emergency crews were on the scene. The cause of the crash is us under investigation. Happening today the Philadelphia School district will hold a parent meeting to address concerns about recent violence at George Washington high school. This is video taken last thursday of a violent outburst at the school in the citys somerton section. Students say there are fights nearly every day and some of them dont feel safe. Parents say the fights have actually been a problem for years. Last year a School Police officer died of a heart attack after breaking up app fight. Action news obtained surveillance pictures of two men who police say vandalized a delaware church. The pictures show the men outside the Saint Matthews church along east newport pike in wilmington. I think the better chance is later in the evening hours but obviously the clouds are pretty much an issue for most of the region today. By 6 oclock while were on the air, some of the western suburbs may already be picking this up and then during the morning rush hour up until 9 oclock it looks like the rain does want to push in closer to philadelphia and become steady at times in the western suburbs and then the rest of the day we look at periods of steady rain. Sometimes it may not be raining all that much but the day as a whole really looks like its going to be damp. This is 2 30 about the time the kids coming home from school and then we move up into the evening rush hour and its possible that by 6 oclock the heaviest rain is over to the east but it will still be a slow commute with damp conditions out there and the last of the raindrops probably not getting out of here until much later in the evening tomorrow. How much rain were we expecting . A half inch to an inch in most neighborhoods. A couple spots might go higher than that but it is going to be a fairly good rain tomorrow and as you just saw lasting through most of the day.
