I saw the giant glow and knew that was not suppose to be the a cell phone video showed the raging fire that a resident saw as he drove home from work. I drove over here and saw it was a fire and called 911. Reporter the call came many shortly before 8 30 p. M. When firefighter as rived to dan farm and greenhouses os town road the flames had torn through the roof of one of buildings. Crews from multiple counties responded mainly fighting the fire from the exterior of the building. They faced challenges. We needed to bring in tankers for the water and the supply line coming up here makes it more of a challenge and it is goes uphill. The pallets are part of the normal process and that makes plastics burn differently and more of a challenge and its tightly packed. The fire was placed under control at 3 45 a. M. During the fire fight a part of the steel roof collapsed creating pockets of fire underneath. Heavy equipment was brought in to help with the cleanup. Well add water to it as we go through the layers and that is a time consumer process. The fire was mostly contained to their production area and loading docks. Its not the whole place but its a big chunk. Owner patrick flanly says it did not spread to anything hazardous that is all locked in a separate area and still taking stock of the damage. Nobody was hurt and nobody was in there. They had a good idea of they were facing and no word if there was working smoke inside of the build.
