He was shaken up and bleeding and ran two blocks barefooted and needed help, there were people tied up at his house and was chained to a pipe in the basement. The teen was not seriously injured but cut his feet when he escaped. The store clerk was the safety of the teenager. Wanted to make sure nobody followed him to the store and was still in danger and then i did what i had to do to help him out. Neighbors are shaken and they say they plan to increase security.
